If we regularly feel bloating, heaviness and gas in the abdomen , we may need to switch to eating foods that reduce their formation. 
 
Experts recommend consuming more oatmeal, beets , alfalfa, millet. Carrots , parsley , celery, chicken, pumpkin, root vegetables, fish, sweet potatoes , turnips, leafy vegetables also help regulate the digestive system.
