One of the common mistakes that women make is not to eat for almost the whole day and to feel very hungry in the evening, as a result of which they consume much more than the necessary amount of food for the body.

To ensure a gradual decrease in the levels of female sex hormones, it will be beneficial to take estrogen-containing tablets, which will neutralize the hormone deficiency. These pills contain "de facto" less estrogen, less than the female body releases during childbirth. Therefore, the dose of estrogen is not fixed, but can be increased or decreased depending on the response in a particular woman.
