Necessary products:


  • 1 and 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 250 grams diced bacon
  • 1-liter chicken broth
  • orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • cream for serving
  • butter for stuffing

 

Method of preparation:

Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the finely chopped leeks and salad, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and orange juice, simmer for 10 minutes, during which time fry the bacon in a dry pan and set aside.

Dilute the vegetable mixture with chicken broth and cook over low heat until the liquid is halved. Remove from the heat and cool.

Beat the mixture with a blender and heat again. Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with crispy bacon and cream Serve and enjoy the taste.
