Juice Therapy

This technique not only helps to remove toxins from the body, but is also effective in the treatment of a wide variety of diseases.

This technique not only helps to remove toxins from the body, but is also effective in the treatment of a wide variety of diseases.

The essence of the technique is that only certain freshly squeezed juices are present in the diet for several days, while other products are completely excluded. However, it is very important to consult a doctor before using juice therapy, because all juices are very powerful biological weapons that can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.

Therefore, everyone who has any diseases (especially chronic ones) should discuss the following questions with their doctor:

  • Which juice or juice composition will be useful for you?
  • Which one is better to give up?
  • How many days of juice therapy is acceptable in your case?
  • In what volume and how many times during the day to take juice?
  • Exclude other products completely or leave something and what exactly goes with the selected juice?

Basic rules of juice therapy

  • You need to drink freshly squeezed juices, and within 5-10 minutes after squeezing. If you don't do it in time, the biologically active substances contained in the juice will lose their activity.
  • You should not take juice compositions at the beginning of juice therapy - start with one juice.
  • It is not recommended to add other juices to stone fruit juices (plum, cherry, plum, cherry).
  • When making compositions, pay attention to the compatibility of juices, for example, effectively combine apples and tomatoes, apples and carrots, oranges and radishes, beets and carrots.
  • The daily dose of juice intake is not less than 600 ml and not more than 1-1.5 liters. In total, there should be 3-6 receptions of one glass.
  • Some juices should be taken in moderation. For example, beet juice in large quantities can cause nausea and dizziness.
  • You should not add sugar or salt to the juice - they will nullify all the benefits of juice therapy. You can add honey to a sour one, and dilute a very sweet one with water or another juice.
  • When preparing juice, you should take an edible part of good-quality vegetables, fruits or berries. Wash thoroughly before cooking.

Juices from berries

In June, the first berries begin to appear and it is absolutely obvious that juice therapy should be started at this time. It is berry juices that will first help to cope with vitamin deficiency, have general strengthening and tonic properties, and contain biologically active substances.

Raspberry juice contains iodine, iron, fiber, carotene, potassium and copper salts, rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, PP. Raspberries contain many organic acids: citric, salicylic, malic, folic, formic. Raspberry juice is indicated for hypertension, atherosclerosis, kidney diseases, anemia, cough, vitamin deficiency, it improves digestion, helps to remove uric acid from the body.

Cherry juice contains the same set of vitamins as raspberry, and is also rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sodium. It is recommended for liver and kidney diseases, arthritis, rheumatism and gout. Tannins contained in cherry juice help strengthen capillaries, and the high content of coumarin helps reduce blood clotting.

Red currant . Everyone knows about the benefits of this berry, and its juice is useful for chronic constipation and spastic colitis, has hematopoietic and anti-inflammatory effects, reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. This is an excellent remedy for febrile conditions.

Juices from gooseberries, black rowan berries, blueberries and black currants are no less useful.

Fruit juices

We are familiar with them more than others, but, as a rule, we drink juices in packets more often, while freshly squeezed juices are useful in juice therapy. They contain all necessary vitamins and enzymes, as well as amino acids and mineral salts. Fruit juices grown in our geographical area are especially useful.

Apple juice. The list of diseases for which this juice is indicated is long: diseases of the liver, kidneys, bladder, intestines, atherosclerosis, diseases of the cardiovascular system. It is useful for arthritis, inflammation of the joints, for quick recovery after physical exertion. An excellent remedy for hair loss and dermatological diseases. It is recommended to combine with other juices (pumpkin, carrot, beetroot) - the therapeutic effect will be more obvious and stable.

Apricot juice can also be drunk with the pulp - this is how carotene, which apricots are rich in, is preserved. This juice is an excellent tool for strengthening the heart muscle and preventing early aging. It increases working capacity, improves memory and activates the brain. Just half a glass of apricot juice per day meets the daily need for vitamin C.

Grape juice is also "ours", that is, it can be made from local grapes. This is an excellent tool for improving metabolism, has a good effect on the work of the heart muscle, is indicated for various oncological diseases and blood diseases, and is recommended for poisoning, heartburn and nausea. But this juice has many contraindications, which once again convinces us to be careful and coordinate all our plans for improving the body with a doctor.

And don't forget the vegetables! Maybe the juices from them are not so tasty, but they are no less useful than from berries and fruits!
