Leek Sauce With Cream

Ingredients: 2 Leeks 1 Bunch Parsley 200 Milliliters Vegetable Broth 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream 2 Tablespoons Flour 100 Milliliters Tomato Juice Salt To Taste Red And Green Pepper

Necessary products :

  • 2 stalks of leeks
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 200 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 milliliters tomato juice
  • salt to taste
  • red and green pepper to taste
  • olive oil

 

Preparation :

Cut the leek into thin circles and stew it in olive oil. Dissolve the flour in the vegetable broth and pour it into the bowl with the leeks. Let everything cook for 5 minutes,
