The high amount of omega-3 fatty acids reduces the likelihood of developing schizophrenia, stress, brain disorders due to age. It also improves memory, concentration and increases brain activity.

Scientists prove that flaxseed oil has a good effect on women's health, normalizing the hormonal background, reduces the risk of developing breast cancer.

In terms of men's health, the product is also very useful because it protects against prostate tumors.

People with diabetes can lower their blood glucose levels by consuming vegetable fat.

Adolescents will get rid of skin problems if they take flaxseed oil.

In addition to all the above, fat helps to lose weight by improving the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, cleanses the body of toxins and fights adipose tissue (See " Flaxseed oil for weight loss ").

Flaxseed oil is also a mild laxative (1 tablespoon 2-3 times daily before meals), works well on the condition of the skin, hair and nails, as it contains B vitamins.

 

The product can be applied externally for skin injuries and burns. A towel soaked in oil and placed on the affected area accelerates wound healing and skin regeneration.

Harm and contraindications for Lenenoto oil

Pregnant and lactating women can take flaxseed oil only after consulting a doctor, as the product is able to exacerbate diseases of the bile and pancreas.
