The Maggi diet is a very strict but effective nutrition system that will allow you to achieve impressive results in a short time.

The Maggi diet lasts for 4 weeks. If the quantity of the product is not indicated in the menu, it means that it can be consumed in any quantity. During the diet, it is allowed to drink any amount of water, tea and coffee (without sugar and milk). It is forbidden to use fats and oils when cooking.

Menu of the first week

Breakfast throughout the week - half a grapefruit or an orange, 1-2 hard-boiled eggs.

 

Monday

  • Lunch - any amount of one of the fruits (pears, apples, oranges, watermelon, melon, apricot and others).
  • Dinner - boiled lean meat, except lamb.

Tuesday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried chicken without skin.
  • Dinner – 1-2 boiled eggs, vegetable salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, carrots), 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.

Wednesday

  • Lunch - low-fat cheese, 1 piece of toast, tomatoes.
  • Dinner - low-fat boiled or fried meat, except lamb.

Thursday

  • Lunch - any amount of one of the fruits (pears, apples, oranges, watermelon, melon, apricot and others).
  • Dinner - boiled lean meat (except lamb), salad.

Friday

  • Lunch - boiled vegetables (zucchini with beans or carrots with green peas).
  • Dinner – boiled or fried fish, 1 grapefruit or orange, salad.

Saturday

  • Lunch - any amount of one of the fruits (pears, apples, oranges, watermelon, melon, apricot and others).
  • Dinner - boiled lean meat (except lamb), salad.

Sunday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried chicken without skin, boiled vegetables, tomato, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Dinner - boiled vegetables.
Menu of the second week

Wednesday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried meat with cucumbers.
  • Dinner – 1-2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or grapefruit.

Thursday

  • Lunch - low-fat cheese, 1-2 boiled eggs, boiled vegetables.
  • Dinner - 2 boiled eggs.

Friday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried fish.
  • Dinner - 2 boiled eggs.

Saturday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried meat, tomatoes, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Dinner - fruit salad (melon, tangerine, apple, peach, orange).

Sunday

  • Lunch - boiled or fried chicken without skin, boiled vegetables, tomatoes, 1 grapefruit or orange.
  • Dinner - boiled or fried chicken without skin, boiled vegetables, 1 orange or grapefruit.
Menu of the third week
  • Monday - any number of fruits during the day, except for dates, mangoes, figs, bananas and grapes.
  • Tuesday - any number of vegetables throughout the day, except potatoes.
  • Wednesday - any fruits (except those prohibited on Monday) and boiled vegetables (except potatoes).
  • Thursday – boiled or fried fish during the day.
  • Friday - low-fat boiled or fried meat (except lamb), boiled vegetables.
  • Weekend - any amount of one of the fruits during the day (pears, apples, peaches, apricots).
Menu for the fourth week

The following products should be distributed throughout the day, adding nothing is allowed.

  • Monday - boiled or fried meat (3-4 slices) or a quarter of boiled chicken, 3-4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 1 toast, a can of tuna (without oil), 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Tuesday - 200 g of boiled or fried meat, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 1 toast, apple or pear, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Wednesday - boiled vegetables, 2 cucumbers, low-fat cheese, 2 tomatoes, a tablespoon of cheese, 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Thursday - half a boiled or fried chicken, 1 cucumber, 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Friday – 3 tomatoes, salad, 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Saturday - 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, some cheese or cheese, 1 toast, sour cream, 1 orange or grapefruit.
  • Sunday - a can of tuna without butter, 2 teaspoons of cheese, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 toast, 1 orange or grapefruit.

In 4 weeks of the Maggi diet, you can lose from 10 to 28 kilograms! Before going on such a diet, be sure to consult a nutritionist!
