Boil the eggs hard, peel them, when cooled. Then grate with a coarse grater and mix with finely chopped ham, dill, and green onions. Grate the ham if you prefer.
Add the flour, semolina, add salt to taste, and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly and with wet hands form meatballs from the resulting "minced meat".
Fry them in hot oil on both sides until golden.
Serve with cream.
