This is a relaxing day rather than a diet. For this day the weight is reduced by 1 kg, it is easy to perform and useful.

Prepare the following drink : in 1.5 liters of boiled hot (about 70 degrees) milk put 3-4 tablespoons of green tea. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, strain and drink throughout the day. You can consume both hot and cold.


- The first and obligatory is that during this day, in addition to the milk drink, you should drink 2 liters of plain or mineral water, but not carbonated. This is necessary because the milk prepared in this way has diuretic, choleretic and purifying properties. Water will prevent dehydration and help cleanse the body;

- it is desirable for the milk to be skimmed or with a fat content of 1.5% (maximum 2.5%), as the purpose of the unloading day is purification and there is no need to overload the liver;

If you prefer, you can make this drink with black tea instead of green.

There is another version of the milk unloading day : you can just make tea with milk. To do this, pour 1 teaspoon of green or black tea with 100 ml of boiling water, after 10-15 minutes add 100-150 ml of fresh milk.

The diet should not be done for more than 1-2 days.
