Composition and useful properties of hake:
In terms of chemical composition, the eastern and northern weight do not differ. This is a dietary meat high in iodine and selenium. Selenium is needed for the normal functioning of the nervous system and strengthens the immune system. Hake is rich in important substances for our body, including:
