Nutrition Acne

First of all, nutrition in the presence of acne requires a serious attitude to products that increase the level of harmful cholesterol in the body and to those that provoke inflammatory processes and intense work of the sebaceous glands.

No cosmetics can deal with acne if you do not pay attention to the food you eat.

Diet for acne is not difficult, but it is a very good tool for prevention and treatment of the disease. The reasons for its appearance are not on the surface, but inside the body and are often directly or indirectly related to the condition of the gastrointestinal tract.

First of all, nutrition in the presence of acne requires a serious attitude to products that increase the level of bad cholesterol in the body and to those that provoke inflammatory processes and intensive work of the sebaceous glands. These are: spicy and spicy spices and herbs, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, fatty and smoked meats, french fries and sweets (except honey). Too much of these "delicacies" in the menu saturates the body with toxins that are excreted through the skin (in the form of acne). For this reason, you should say "NO" to sweet temptations and fast food.

Coffee lovers risk losing the health and beauty of their skin because the drink stimulates the production of the hormone cortisol, whose high level is a common cause of acne. It should be noted that in addition to restricting coffee, peace of mind also plays an important role. People who are prone to frequent mood swings, stress or seasonal depression "supply" just as much cortisol as those who like to drink more than a strong drink.

Excessive consumption of dairy products, meat and nuts can also cause skin problems. In this case, the cause is related to the large amount of protein, which in turn stimulates the production of steroid hormones.

The acne diet should include a healthy and balanced diet. Mainly: lean meats, fish, cottage cheese; for garnish, steam vegetables and cereals; and of course fruits (except those that can cause allergies).

Switching to a healthy diet will provide the body with all the necessary vitamins and trace elements. Prophylactically against acne and in its treatment it is good to pay attention to phosphorus, potassium, calcium, zinc; of vitamins A, C and group B. A rich source of phosphorus is fish, calcium - cheese and cottage cheese, potassium - cabbage and many dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes). Excellent suppliers of vitamins are vegetables, fruits, berries (including frozen). Daily consumption of these products are a healthy alternative to cakes, cupcakes, sandwiches.

Make your menu healthier and there will be no cause for acne!
