The essence of the diet consists in the consumption of zucchini , including carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, peppers, apples, kiwis, river fish, plums, white poultry, eggs, oatmeal and wheat porridge.

The products that should be excluded from the menu are: alcohol, dairy and pasta, any other meat, sweets and smoked products, coffee, oil and butter, rice, potatoes .

The amount of protein intake should not exceed 300 grams per day.

The result is weight loss of up to 10 kilograms within a month, and in the first week of the diet you lose 3 kilograms.

About the menu

  • First breakfast: 250 grams of stewed zucchini, a cup of green tea ;
  • Breakfast: 1 apple, a glass of water;
  • Lunch: 300 grams of roasted zucchini, 200 grams of boiled meat (white poultry), kiwi , a cup of green tea;
  • Afternoon snack: 250 grams of roasted zucchini, 150 grams of cabbage and carrot salad, a glass of apple juice;
