One Week Citrus Diet

The citrus diet is a one-week diet that helps to quickly lose many pounds, which are different for each person (on average about 1 kg per day). The diet should not be followed anymore

The citrus diet is a one-week diet that helps to quickly lose many pounds, which are different for each person (on average about 1 kg per day).

The diet should not be followed for more than a week within 1 month.

Food should be taken 30 - 40 minutes before any work, before sports. Before going to bed do not eat, and the last meal should be 7 hours before bedtime. Drink water in moderation and do not allow dehydration.

The menu is the same for each day of the week :

  • Breakfast - 250 milliliters of tomato or citrus juice (except lemon);
  • Lunch - 2 kiwis and 1 large grapefruit;
  • Dinner - 150 grams of black bread, 2 egg whites and a glass of water;
  • Before going to bed - you can drink a cup of hot tea without sugar, but always with lemon.

 

Contraindications

This diet is not suitable for pregnant and lactating women, nor for people suffering from any gastrointestinal problems.

Too much vitamin C that enters the body can lead to the formation of stomach acid or diarrhea, damage to tooth enamel is possible due to the high acidity of citrus.

Before starting the citrus diet , consult a specialist, because it may not be suitable for your body.
