The weight loss diet , which we will introduce to you in the following lines, has a duration of one week and is based on three principles:

1. "Monotony" of the products. Some foods act differently on humans. If for some they help to lose weight, for others they have the opposite effect - their consumption makes them full.
2. Abrupt calorie restriction.
3. Weight loss due to chemical processes occurring in the body. For example: a diet based on protein intake greatly affects metabolism.


Of course, it can be assumed that a monotonous diet will easily cope with excess weight. But I will tell you right away that this is not the case. Seven days is long enough to stick to a menu with drastic restrictions. This means that the consequences for the body can be serious.

In addition, strict diets subject the body to severe dietary restrictions that quickly deplete it (for several days), and lack of strength adversely affects the weight loss process.

The choice of diet should be approached very responsibly. It is not surprising that in such a short period of time it is possible to lose many pounds, although the task is not among the easiest.

It is also necessary to know that abrupt and absolute refusal of commonly accepted products is strictly prohibited, as this could have a detrimental effect on the body.

The seven-day diet allows you to lose weight by 10 pounds, but before you undergo it (or any other weight loss regimen), you must assess your health. This is especially important for people who need to lose 30 pounds or more. Of course, consultation with a nutritionist is more than recommended.

The menu below includes a variety of products for each day. During this week it is necessary not to consume sugar, sauces and salt. And it is good to give up coffee and tea until you achieve the final desired results.

A liter and a half of plain water is the mandatory amount that should be drunk every day.


The menu:

  • First day - 6 boiled eggs;
  • Second day - 1 kg of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • Third day - 300-350 grams of steamed chicken fillet;
  • Fourth day - 100 grams of rice, boiled in a liter of water;
  • Fifth day - 5 boiled (whole and unpeeled) potatoes;
  • Sixth day - 1 kg of apples;
  • Seventh day - 1-1.5 liters of skim yogurt.

After completing the diet, do not overload your stomach again. Switch to your usual diet gradually and smoothly.
