The choice of diet should be approached very responsibly. It is not surprising that in such a short period of time it is possible to lose many pounds, although the task is not among the easiest.

It is also necessary to know that abrupt and absolute refusal of commonly accepted products is strictly prohibited, as this could have a detrimental effect on the body.

The seven-day diet allows you to lose weight by 10 pounds, but before you undergo it (or any other weight loss regimen), you must assess your health. This is especially important for people who need to lose 30 pounds or more. Of course, consultation with a nutritionist is more than recommended.

The menu below includes a variety of products for each day. During this week it is necessary not to consume sugar, sauces and salt. And it is good to give up coffee and tea until you achieve the final desired results.

A liter and a half of plain water is the mandatory amount that should be drunk every day.

The menu:

  • First day - 6 boiled eggs;
  • Second day - 1 kg of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • Third day - 300-350 grams of steamed chicken fillet;
  • Fourth day - 100 grams of rice, boiled in a liter of water;
  • Fifth day - 5 boiled (whole and unpeeled) potatoes;
  • Sixth day - 1 kg of apples;
  • Seventh day - 1-1.5 liters of skim yogurt.

After completing the diet, do not overload your stomach again. Switch to your usual diet gradually and smoothly.
