If many diets deny the consumption of beans , then the one we will introduce you to is based precisely on the intake of such, and - daily and several times a day. This can only benefit the body, as legumes are rich in plant protein, minerals and vitamins.

During the diet you can drink juices, tea, water (larger quantities), coffee and yogurt. Before going to bed take a glass of yogurt.

The duration of the diet is one week, and if desired it can be extended to two, but not more.

 

Sample menu of a week-long diet with beans

Monday

  • First breakfast: a glass of kefir, a toast and a piece of cheese.
  • Breakfast: fruits of your choice.
  • Lunch: 100 grams of boiled or canned beans, vegetable salad seasoned with vegetable oil, juice or tea without sugar.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad and juice.

 

Tuesday

  • First breakfast: 100 grams of yogurt or cottage cheese, coffee or tea without sugar.
  • Second breakfast: fruit.
  • Lunch: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad or salad of sauerkraut, juice or unsweetened tea.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of beans, 100 grams of boiled fish, juice or unsweetened tea.

 

Wednesday

  • First breakfast: a glass of kefir, a toast, a piece of cheese.
  • Second breakfast: fruit.
  • Lunch: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad or sauerkraut, tea or juice without sugar.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad, tomato juice.

 

Thursday

  • First breakfast: 100 grams of cottage cheese, unsweetened tea or coffee.
  • Second breakfast: fruit.
  • Lunch: 100 grams of beans, fruit salad.
  • Dinner: 50 grams of rice, 100 grams of boiled meat, juice or unsweetened tea.

 

Friday

  • First breakfast: 100 grams of yogurt or cottage cheese, unsweetened tea or coffee.
  • Second breakfast: fruit.
  • Lunch: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad or sauerkraut, juice or unsweetened tea.
  • Dinner: 100 grams of beans, vegetable salad, 2 boiled potatoes, a glass of tomato juice.

Continue, repeating the menu in the same sequence.
