Our Nutrition Should Be Conscious In Order To Be Healthy! (Part I)

is a nutritionist, a student of Lydia Kovacheva and co-founder of the Life Without Medicines Foundation. His own life is proof of how in a few weeks we can get rid of the most common diseases ...

What are the main mistakes we make in our diet and what do they lead to?
The main mistakes in the diet of modern man are primarily the excessive inclusion of foods of animal origin, the large amount of technologically processed products, the use of heat-treated fat and huge amounts of salt (sodium chloride), and the inclusion of many chemicals in food. All this leads to an avalanche of degenerative diseases: cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, including heart attacks and strokes, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune diseases. They are growing more and more and are reaching younger age groups.

How can we avoid the harmful effects of food and eat really healthy? What principles of nutrition should we adhere to?
In our practice we have developed a System for conscious human nutrition. It strives to unite the best achievements of the science of nutrition, in accordance with the natural requirements of the human body and the traditional diet of nations. It directs us to realize our connection to the world around us, as well as our mission on the planet as intelligent beings.

The main principles of this diet:

Start the day with the consumption of freshly squeezed juices or whole raw fruits and vegetables.

Mandatory inclusion in the daily menu of raw foods : fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts. At least 50-75% of the total amount of food for the day should be raw.

It is necessary to give preference to plant foods: fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals and legumes. At least 85-90% of the daily menu should be formed from plant foods. It is necessary to provide a guaranteed amount of vegetable protein for the day - raw nuts, legumes such as chickpeas, soy, lentils, peas, beans, beans, including consumption of traditional soy products - tofu, tempeh and more.

Animal products : dairy, eggs, (meat) should be used sparinglyas our grandmothers and all the healthy tribes of the planet did.

The most complete and useful animal product, which provides everything you need in a minimum amount, is raw egg yolk. It is no coincidence that it is traditionally used in cooking as a "building".

In the daily menu , animal products should not exceed 10-15% , and there must be periods in the year in which they are completely excluded, ie. to fast.

Food should never be taken in the presence of symptoms such as pain, mental and physical malaise, fatigue, fever, fever, and any kind of discomfort. It is not recommended to drink fluids

during meals, it is good to avoid too liquid foods, soups, as they dilute the digestive juices and disrupt the complex hydrolysis of digestion. Fluids should be taken between meals - it is necessary to drink up to 2-3 liters of raw table or spring water daily, and part of its amount can be replaced with freshly squeezed juices.

Refined products should be avoided : white flour, polished rice, refined sugar and their derivatives. As well as to limit to a minimum the extracted fats: olive oil, sunflower oil and others. Instead, whole-grain, cereal and bean legumes can be used, and greasing can be done with whole-product pastes and sauces from ground nuts, pesto from desalinated olives, avocados, etc.

Technologically processed products must also be limited. These are sausages, canned food, ready meals, including bread, fast food, etc.

People need to know that fat should not be heat treated! Processes such as cooking, baking, stewing and frying with fat produce the strongest toxins in food, which are a major pathogen.
