APPROXIMATE MENU

First day:

  • Breakfast - a portion of fresh salad, prepared from three grated apples and two ground walnuts, seasoned with lemon juice;
  • Lunch - a portion of fresh salad of 1 finely chopped apple, 1 boiled egg, chopped green onions and parsley;
  • Dinner - 5 large apples (sour or sweet).

Second day:

  • Breakfast - a portion of fresh salad, prepared from three grated sour apples, 150 g of cooked white rice, without sugar or salt;
  • Lunch - three baked or steamed large apples and a little lemon juice; 150 g of cooked white rice;
  • Dinner - two fresh apricots and two plums, 100 g of cooked white rice.

Third day:

  • Breakfast - fresh salad of two coarsely grated medium apples, 150 g of nonfat cottage cheese;
  • Lunch - salad of two grated apples and quinces, 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 ground walnuts, 1 dessert spoon of natural honey;
  • Dinner - 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 large peach.

Fourth day:

  • Breakfast - a salad of one grated fresh apple, 3 large carrots, 2 ground apricots;
  • Lunch - salad of grated apple, plums, apricots with 1 dessert spoon of natural honey and a few drops of lemon juice;
  • Dinner - 3 large baked (in the oven) apples with a little natural honey.

Fifth day:

  • Breakfast - a salad of two grated carrots and a small head of beets with a teaspoon of natural honey;
  • Lunch - oatmeal boiled in water, 2 boiled chicken eggs or 4 quail, a small glass of grated beets;
  • Dinner - grated carrot salad

Sixth day:

  • Repeat the menu from the first day.

Seventh day:

  • Repeat the menu from day two.

While following a pectin diet , it is necessary to drink plenty of fluids, preferably pure still water, teas (green, mint, herbal, chamomile and lemon balm. You should not consume salt, sugar or any sweets.
