A person feels great only 61 days a year. On other days of the year, as a rule, something bothers her. Scientists from England came to this conclusion as a result of a new study.
2,000 people participated in the study. During the year, experts analyzed health complaints of volunteers. It turned out that 40% complain of periodic cold symptoms, and the same number - of back pain. 25% of people have regular headaches, and 10% are bothered by old sports injuries.
In addition, each study participant, on average, experienced heartburn attacks five times a year, and the same number of neck pains.
It will be recalled that earlier American scientists came to the conclusion that well-being can be inherited, as 33% depends on genes.
