Pork Ribs In The Oven In Soy Marinade With Garlic And Mustard

Ingredients: 1 Kg Of Pork Ribs 5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste 2 Tablespoons Mustard 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 2

Necessary products :

  • 1 kilogram of pork ribs 
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon spices curry
  • salt, rosemary, thyme - to taste

 

Preparation :

Peel the garlic cloves, mash them or grate finely. In a deep bowl, mix the red pepper, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, curry, soy sauce, salt, mustard, and tomato paste. Mix everything until smooth.

Wash the ribs under running water, dry them, and clean the fascia, which is on the inside. Cut into portions and pour over the marinade, stirring to distribute it evenly over the ribs.

Then put in a baking sleeve and refrigerate for an hour.

When you remove from the refrigerator, place the ribs in a pan and make a few small holes in the sleeve with a needle.

Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for an hour. 10 minutes before the end of baking, increase the temperature to 180 degrees.

You can serve the finished ribs with any garnish.
