Peel an orange peel, grate it finely, sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, sprinkle with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly (you can use a brush for this purpose), cut them into circles 3-4 cm thick. Do the same with the carrots.

Boil the spinach in boiling water, then drain the liquid. Mash the cheese with a fork.

Grease a pan with olive oil, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

Mix the spinach with the orange peel. Alternate the products in layers in the bowl. Put half of the spinach first, the carrots on it, the spinach again, and finally the potatoes.

Beat the cooking cream and eggs with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the vegetables, sprinkle with mashed cheese, and cover the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place in the oven for half an hour at 180-200 degrees. Then remove the cover and let the dish bake for another 10-15 minutes (until the potatoes are fully cooked).

Serve the casserole warm.
