Take a tomato from which the skin was previously removed, a small bunch of chives (you can replace it with green or onion), 100 g of low-fat yogurt and 2 tbsp. spoons of chopped green leaves (basil, parsley or dill), salt, pepper. Chop the tomato and onion, then mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Mushroom sauce. Add a little boiling water to 100 g of chopped dried mushrooms and let it stand until the mushrooms soften slightly. After that, combine the mushrooms with 100 g of low-fat kefir, add salt and pepper and mix. Such a sauce is an excellent seasoning for rice, but it is also suitable for other hot dishes.
"Double pepper". Grind and heat red bell pepper in a pan. Add a little chopped onion, ground red pepper and salt to taste. This simultaneously spicy and delicate sauce is well suited to fish dishes and chicken.
