Soup Balls With Rice And Green Peas

Necessary Products: 2 Potatoes 1/4 Tea Cup Of Rice 100 - 150 Grams Of Boiled Peas 1 Sweet Pepper 1 Onion 3 Cloves Garlic 1 Carrot Salt, Spices And Parsley To Taste Oil For The Balls: 300 Grams Of Kai

Necessary products :

  • 2 potatoes 
  • 1/4 teacup of rice
  • 100 - 150 grams of boiled peas
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 onion 
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, spices, and parsley to taste
  • oil

 

For the balls:

  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 1 slice of rye bread without the crust
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Preparation :

First, knead the minced meat and form balls. To do this, add to it soaked in water and then drained from the liquid slice of bread, grated onion, and carrot, salt, and spices to taste.

Prepare the balls Pour water into a saucepan, put it on the stove, and when it boils, pour in the peeled and diced potatoes, washed rice, and leave to cook. Put the finely chopped (or grated) onion, garlic, and carrot in hot oil until soft. This should be done over low heat and while the vegetables are cooking, the potatoes and rice will also be ready. Add the diced sweet pepper to the latter, shortly after the fried vegetables and when everything boils, put the balls. Season to taste, add the peas, chopped parsley and bring the soup to a simmer.

After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and close the pan with a lid for a while.
