A person who has truly fallen in love with sports will never be able to fall out of love with the ego and leave it in the past.

Anastasiya Gavrilchenko started playing sports as a little girl. Already at the first taekwondo lesson, the young athlete realized that this was exactly what she was looking for and what she wanted. The world of sports captivated Nastya. Constant training, working out the strength of blows, coordination exercises, regular competitions became the main part of the girl's life. She liked it, she lived by it and therefore was able to achieve great heights.

Now Anastasiya Gavrylchenko is the Silver Medalist of the World Championship in Hand-to-Hand Combat and a five-time champion of Ukraine in Taekwondo. To get this title, the athlete had to work hard. Exhausting classes and injuries only spurred the girl on and gave her strength to move forward. After another injury, which turned out to be really serious and dangerous, Anastasia had to leave professional sports, but she could not completely give up her life's work.

The girl continues to engage in martial arts and devotes a lot of time to it, simultaneously posting training videos and photos with motivational quotes on her Instagram page.

Why there are no former athletes

Anyone who has become part of the sports system cannot leave it. If a person was truly involved in the work, devoted himself to it with all his heart, cared for him and did not spare time, this will never be able to change. No one can remain indifferent to what gave birth to the fire in the heart.

Sport tempers the character, helps the formation of a strong-willed personality. It tightens, disciplines, causes dependence, thirst for victory. Seriously engaged in a certain type of sport, a person can no longer feel completely happy if this activity is taken away from him. Strength, hard work, faith, aspiration and fearlessness are included in sports. He trains all the best human qualities necessary to solve many life situations.

Sport is a boost, control of one's passions, endless work on oneself.

To refuse it means to take away a significant part of life, to lose a source of inspiration. He trains not only the body, but also the soul. Every day spent in the gym brings you closer to the final goal, gives you an even better result, sets you up for victory and shows that nothing is impossible. Sport helps to get rid of bad thoughts, motivates for new achievements and achieving the desired.

Anastasiya Gavrilchenko, as before, regularly does sports, continues to improve her skills in taekwondo and cannot imagine her life without it. You can't get carried away with sports for a while. This is what fills you forever and this is great happiness!
