Cleansing pineapple, chia and turmeric smoothie

  • Frozen or fresh pieces of pineapple - 250 g.

  • Turmeric - ½ tsp.

  • Chia - 1 tbsp.

  • Lime - 1 pc.

  • Coconut or ordinary water - 1 cup.

Beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Consume immediately after preparation.

 

Coconut water with chia

  • Coconut water - 375 ml.

  • Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.

  • Lemon - 1 slice.

  • Honey - ½ tsp.

Put chia seeds in coconut water, mix. Squeeze a slice of lemon and add honey. Let the water infuse for 10 minutes. If desired, add ice.

 

Morning cereal with chia seeds and apple

  • Almond or coconut milk - 250 ml.

  • Chia seeds - 4 tbsp.

  • Cinnamon - ½ tsp.

  • Vanilla extract - ½ tsp.

  • Green apple, cut into cubes - 1 pc.

  • Banana, cut into slices - 1 pc.

  • Strawberries, finely chopped - 2 pcs.

  • Unsweetened coconut chips - 30 g.

Mix chia seeds and milk in a glass jar . Add vanilla, cinnamon and apple. Close the lid and shake well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Before consumption, cut fresh bananas and strawberries, add coconut chips.
