Soup is a dish that offers many health benefits, and at the same time does not take much time to prepare, nor does it require any culinary skills. 
 
According to nutritionists, the healthiest are clear soups, which contain a lot of vegetables , chicken, fish or eggs . These products are rich in fiber and protein, which makes them very filling. 
 
Low calories and many nutrients can be found in vegetables . Useful vegetable soup contains root vegetables such as carrots, celery , as well as tomatoes , spinach, green beans.

Fiber. They help eliminate bad cholesterol and leave a feeling of satiety. Carrots, cabbage and legumes are great sources of fiber.
