In this article, learn more about To Be Healthy We Need Nitrogen For Breakfast And Exercise. Nitrogen is one of the six basic elements for our body..
Atherosclerosis is the number one killer. More precisely, the stroke and heart attack that result from it. Why? What are the risk factors? Smoking, diabetes, salty foods, stress that puts high blood pressure, obesity ... All this is true, but the most important factor is the one we all know but do not take into account. People in the 21st century are not moving! 30% of health is in our own hands. We have to play sports. Mandatory 3 times a week should be set aside time for active physical activity. Walking to work or in your free time, moving in everyday life while performing one or another task, is not sports. It takes 50-60 minutes of intense training - running, swimming, tennis, etc. And let's start once,
We need to know which molecules are important and understand how atherosclerosis develops pathophysiologically. Life began with the fundamental elements - oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur. But then came the micromolecules - nitric oxide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide. These three molecules are gases. Each of us has about 60 billion cells and they all contain these three molecules and they cannot function without them.
These molecules can be obtained in two ways - by photosynthesis and by chemical synthesis. 99% of our bodies are made up of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur. How can we present the practical value of this information? Here is an easy example:
What did you have for breakfast this morning? Did you get the basic substances? Most likely you drank coffee, maybe you ate cheese, tomatoes, eggs. So you got some calcium, some phosphorus, but you didn't get any nitrogen, and it's one of the six basic elements for our body. Only 1% remains for all other elements - calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and others.
Imagine you have cramps and go to the doctor? He recommends magnesium, but what he doesn't tell you is that you have a 40 times higher concentration of sulfur. Do not forget about hydrogen sulfide. Which food contains sulfur? Onions, garlic and coffee, but without milk.
Every substance in our body must be maintained in normal concentrations and this is the only reason we need food every day, but we must think about what we eat and in what quantity. The only thing you don't need to think about is oxygen. Just because we breathe.
When I test students I like to ask them the following question: from oxygen and nitric oxide, which is more important? 99% of students respond to oxygen, and I tell them - well, go home and come back when you have another answer. The truth is that if we do not have NO in the circulatory system, the heart stops immediately. If we do not have oxygen, the heart stops after a few minutes. That is what is more important ?!
As you listen to me, you are currently trying to remember the things I say. Your long-term memory only works if you have enough NO, because it is a neurotransmitter, that is, it transmits information between neurons.
And even more important is the immune system. More and more young people are suffering from cancer. Why? Because their immune system is weak. Our immune system fights viruses and bacteria using not just anything, but nitric oxide!
You know we have 22 amino acids. One of them is arginine. If you look at the structure of arginine you will see that it contains a lot of nitrogen molecules. From this amino acid and the oxygen we breathe, as well as under the control of calcium, because even if we have all the necessary ingredients - without calcium we have no reaction, the synthesis of nitric oxide takes place.
The highest concentration of arginine is in the pumpkin, and then - in the nuts. It is enough to consume 200-250 g of nuts a day. Of course, each organism is different, the amount depends largely on what your metabolism is, whether you are engaged in mental work or rest, whether you are moving, but the average daily requirement is about 200-250 g of raw nuts.
This is the healthiest drink we have. If you look at what it contains, you will see Taurine. Taurine is an amino acid. If we look at the structure of the heart, it contains all 22 amino acids, but what percentage do you think is given to taurine? The answer is 60-70%. Cardiac surgeons inject taurine during coronary artery bypass surgery. Another interesting feature is that taurine also contains sulfur. Do not forget about hydrogen sulfide. People think that the problem with energy drinks is a lot of sugar. I drink an energy drink when I run, but I run 10 km and I need this glucose. The only peculiarity is that if they replace glucose with other chemicals, then it can be dangerous. I do not recommend energy drinks, I'm just trying to explain the medical point of view.
Let's get back to the topic. If you don't get enough arginine in your diet, what do you think happens to all the cells in your body? The enzyme endothelial NO-synthase reduces its concentration and begins the synthesis of free radicals, which causes oxidative stress in cells. Therefore, it is important to take arginine every day, not once a week or once a month.
There are 4 necessary elements for the synthesis of NO - arginine, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2. Without calcium there is no synthesis of NO, without vitamin D calcium cannot be absorbed by the intestines. Vitamin D is mostly found in fish. Everything is in place and has a function. Without any of these substances there will be no synthesis of nitric oxide.
In conclusion, everyone should remember the importance of sports and make a conscious balance of what is important to do to maintain their health and how the little things in everyday life affect the body.
