Two-week Diet For Weight Loss With Eggplant

In this article, learn more about Two-week Diet For Weight Loss With Eggplant. Two-week diet for weight loss with eggplant.

Eggplant weight loss , which we are going to introduce you to, is a vegetable mono diet lasting 2 weeks. It is low in calories, but is not defined as mild to the body, so it is necessary to assess the possible individual risks and tolerability.

Eggplants contain record amounts of manganese and iron - elements that have a positive effect on metabolism, speed up metabolism, regulate liver function. In addition, the thick purple peel of vegetables contains anthocyanins - natural substances that fight aging and improve the condition of the skin.

The effect on the latter is favorable during the period of adherence to a weight loss diet, as it allows stretched (due to weight loss) skin to retain its elasticity.

The two-week diet we are talking about is mainly based on the consumption of vegetables, so heavy physical activity and intense training in this time interval are not appropriate.

The menu is the same for all 14 days

Breakfast is prepared as follows :

  • peel 1 large eggplant and cut into circles;
  • add a little salt;
  • let stand 10 minutes to separate their juice;
  • fry on both sides in 1 tablespoon of hot olive oil;
  • put in a salad bowl and add 100-200 grams of halved cherry tomatoes;
  • optionally add leafy vegetables or green spices of your choice;
  • a cup of coffee or green tea is allowed, but they should not be sweetened with sugar or its substitutes.

Lunch consists of eggplant soup

  • peel, cut into circles, salt and fry 2 aubergines (similar to their preparation at breakfast);
  • to them add 1 large sweet pepper and 100 grams of celery root (pre-cut);
  • also put a little fresh cabbage or broccoli, carrots;
  • pour a little water and let the vegetables simmer for about 10-15 minutes;
  • then pour boiling water (pour as much as the amount of soup you want to get) and let the mixture boil;
  • the dish can be served with chopped fresh parsley or other green spice, but in no case be flavored with sour cream.

Make dinner like this :

  • bake in the oven 1 eggplant, which you can season with crushed garlic;
  • allowed 2 slices of rye bread (30 grams in total) and a glass of skim yogurt.

Harm from the diet with eggplant

The disadvantage of the described diet is that the menu does not contain complete protein. The human body can exist in this mode for a maximum of 36 hours, after which it begins to use muscle tissue to burn fat.

The physiological result of the diet is a slow metabolism.

The regime is really heavy for the body and could be harmful, which requires mandatory consultation with a nutritionist or doctor to assess a person's health.

The transition to a normal diet should be gradual, replacing vegetables with literally 100-200 grams of lean meat, meat, fish, seafood, cereals.

Weight gain after the end of the diet can be provoked even by dairy products, because they are a prerequisite for the formation of edema.

The eggplant menu could be more useful if used for unloading days.
