There are people who do not eat meat, poultry and fish - vegetarians . But there are several levels of vegetarianism:

  • Vegetarianism - eat everything except fish and meat;
  • Veganism - excludes the intake of any products of animal origin;
  • Raw food - foods are of plant origin and are eaten raw, because heat treatment (46 degrees) kills enzymes;
  • Fruits and nuts - eat only organic products and sometimes nuts and seeds;
  • Fruits - only fruits are consumed.

People who adhere to such a diet build their menu on the basis of various plant products, including cereals and cereals (rice, oats, etc.), products from them (pasta, bread), fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. There are types of vegetarianism that consume dairy products, eggs and even fish (and meat in very rare cases).

The diet we present to you is scheduled for a month. Alternate the options offered to ensure a varied and complete diet.

Breakfast:

  • 200 g oatmeal, tea;
  • Toasted slice with apple slices sprinkled with lemon juice and 30 g of carrot, tea or coffee casserole;
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread, a small banana, coffee;

  • Cooked green beans, 1 slice of wholemeal bread, fresh vegetable salad;
  • 100 g of cooked beans, vegetable salad;
  • Wholemeal bread sandwich with green beans and sliced ​​apples;
  • Buckwheat porridge with lean sauce, vegetable salad, apple;
  • Vegetarian pilaf with vegetables, fresh vegetable salad, orange;
  • Vinaigrette, fresh vegetable salad, apple or pear.

Dinner:

  • Vegetable stew, 2 tablespoons boiled brown rice, 1 pear;
  • Broccoli and pasta casserole, salad seasoned with lemon juice, 1 orange;
  • Stewed beans, green bean salad, a slice of wholemeal bread;

Before sleep:

  • 1 pear, a glass of dry wine;
  • 1 large banana, a slice of wholemeal bread with "pate" of mashed vegetables.
