Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the baking soda, baking powder, oil, and chili. Add semolina, water and stir vigorously. Grease a pie tin with a little oil, season the mixture with salt, pepper, vinegar, stir again.
Pour the mixture into the mold. Arrange onions, chopped carrots, tomatoes, and zucchini on top and season with mint.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the porridge for 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut, and serve.
