Consumption of warm but not hot water improves blood circulation and has a beneficial effect on the central nervous system.

Drinking very warm water, but not hot water, has a beneficial effect on overall health. Morning drinking of water with a little lemon has a very good effect on immunity .

It should be noted that the water should be warm but tolerable, not hot, as the latter can damage the tissue of the esophagus, burn the taste buds  on the tongue. Hot water should also not be taken during sports, as hot water hydrates and a person feels less thirsty, and during training it is necessary to drink water constantly.
