White cabbage - ½ pc.
Large carrots - 2 pcs.
Stalk of green onion - 3 pcs.
Bunch of parsley - 1 pc.
Yogurt, sour cream or fat-free mayonnaise.
Shred the cabbage , peel and grate the carrots.
Finely chop the green onion and chop the parsley.
Mix all the ingredients and add the dressing, having previously sprinkled a little salt and pepper.
Another delicious cabbage salad is made by combining finely chopped red cabbage and sweet pepper.
Medium head of red cabbage - ½ pc.
Red pepper - 1 pc.
Yellow pepper - 1 pc.
Pumpkin seeds - 100 g.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Long cucumber - ½ pc.
Mint stalk - 3 pcs.
Bunch of coriander - 1 pc.
Lime juice.
Olive oil for sauce - 2 tbsp.
Chop the cabbage , peel the carrot and grate it on a medium grater, cut the pepper into thin slices, peel the cucumber and also cut it into small strips.
Mix lime juice and olive oil, dress the salad .
Pour pumpkin seeds and chopped coriander and mint.
