What Olive Oil To Cook With?

There is a specially developed olive oil for cooking, it is called "Pomas" and it is available as an option in almost all olive oil producers.

Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and contains bioactive components , phenols, which have a number of proven health benefits.
 
However, at high temperatures and heating, these compounds decompose and lose their effectiveness. For example, cold-pressed olive oil, "Extra Virgin", is not suitable for cooking, but only for consumption raw - for flavoring salads.
 
There is a specially developed olive oil for cooking " Pomas ", which retains to some extent its taste during heat treatment. It is far from having the same qualities of virgin , but definitely - healthier than oil.
 
The ointment is prepared from a mixture of stones and the rest of the fruit, which determines its lower quality.
