Cod baked in honey

Mix milk with soy sauce and honey. Put the cod in the resulting marinade and leave for several hours. Take the cod out of the marinade, dry it on a napkin. Cut into 4 portions and place them on a baking sheet together with the potatoes. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, pink pepper, and chopped chili if desired. Place in an oven heated to 240 degrees for 14-15 minutes.

 

 

Pasta with tomatoes and ricotta

Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic, pepper and onion, then cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces. Put the garlic in a large non-stick pan, put it on medium heat, add olive oil. Fry until the garlic is slightly browned, then put the onion and pepper in the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and serve, slicing the ricotta into the dish .

 

Tabbouleh salad

Boil bulgur, then finely chop cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, mint, cilantro and pepper. Serve the dish with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.

 

Pumpkin stuffed with mushrooms

Cut the pumpkin into 2 parts and remove the pulp. Stuff it with rice or quinoa, fried chanterelles and onions. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees under foil for about 50 minutes. 10 minutes before serving , change the baking mode to the grill so that the pumpkin browns nicely.

Roasted pepper salad

Bake the pepper in the oven, then remove the skin from it, cut it into long slices. Toss with olives, cilantro, oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve the dish as a salad.

 

Dorado with herbs

Stuff the dorado with rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish, layered with tomatoes, red onion, garlic and lemons. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. Serve the dish with dry white wine.

 

Potato gratin

Peel 700 g of potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut them into thin plates of 3-4 mm. Pour 500 ml of cream into a saucepan, add chopped garlic, 1 tsp. nutmeg with a green bag or a stain of the same color, throw it in the trash without pity: bile is the enemy of pate. Put the washed liver in a bowl, pour milk and leave it for an hour: it will extract from the product everything that the harmful chicken has accumulated during its short life. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Grease a baking dish with butter. For fans of spicy taste, you can add a clove of crushed garlic to the butter. Carefully lay out the potatoes in layers or according to the principle of fish scales, pouring cream sauce over them. Lay out all the potatoes and cover them with cream. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.the dish for another 5-10 minutes in the oven, at a temperature of 200 degrees, to obtain a golden crust.
