But you have to keep in mind a boiled potato, I read it in the Daily Mail, there are 19 teaspoons of sugar, and wholemeal bread is almost indistinguishable from white. It may be the lesser evil, but two slices of wholemeal bread raises blood sugar to heaven, that's 6 teaspoons of sugar.
