Why Is Carrot Juice Useful?

Carrot juice contains compounds, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals that keep cancer away.

A recent study says that the natural substance in raw carrots, called falcarinol, can reduce the risk of cancer. Falkarinol slows the growth of cancer cells and their further development. By consuming carrots, the body fights infections by increasing the amount of antioxidants that protect the body from tumors. They are most easily taken in the form of carrot juice, which also contains minerals, fiber, vitamins A and K, which are useful for other organs of the body. 


The juice is also rich in alpha-carotene and beta-carotene , which the body converts into vitamin A, important for healthy cells and the activation of enzymes that protect against carcinogens. Lutein in carrots has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.


According to research, carrot juice protects people from colon cancer , prostate cancer and breast cancer. 



Other studies have shown that carrot juice works. A study of smokers found that those who included carrot juice in their diet at least once a week had a 33% lower risk of developing lung cancer. The juice also helps kill cancer cells and prevent leukemia metastases , according to a 2011 study.


One of the main factors for the accumulation of degenerate cells is the acidic pH. Cancer cells find it difficult to survive in an alkaline environment. Tumor formations make the body's environment even more acidic as the cells secrete lactic acid. According to research, cancer patients have an acidity level over 1000 times higher than healthy people - about 7.4. If the pH level is not balanced, then the body can not fight the disease. In order to maintain an alkaline environment , more fruits and vegetables should be consumed, one of which is carrots. Therefore, it is recommended to take more often carrot juice, which provides the body with a dose of nutrients and has an antioxidant effect.
