Wine And Sea Salt - More Useful, But In Moderation

It is believed that wine consumed in moderation is good for the heart. This is our excuse when we drink a glass of the drink during a meal.

It is believed that wine consumed in moderation is good for the heart. This is our excuse when we drink a cup of the drink during a meal. However, is it really useful and do we know what the recommended amount is for the day?

According to a recent study by the American Heart Association , regular alcohol consumption raises blood pressure, which in turn contributes to heart attacks and strokes.

And while limited alcohol use has already been found to be good for the heart, only 30% of people are aware of the recommended amounts considered healthy. The rest most often choose the largest cup available.

And what do we know about sea salt? The general opinion is that it is more natural than the dining room. This means that we can use sea salt wherever the dining room is usually used. Most of us think that this is the right healthy choice, but ...

61% of people believe that sea salt is lower in sodium and that it is the healthiest alternative to table salt. However, such a statement is wrong. According to the study, sea salt contains the same amount of sodium as cooking salt.

So we have to be extremely careful when it comes to our health. We can consume wine, but the daily amount should be about 100 milliliters for women and 200 milliliters for men. And salt consumption should be limited as much as possible, a maximum of 5-6 grams per day.
