Necessary products :

  • 200 grams of yellow lentils
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • link dill
  • spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Fill the lentils with two teacups of water and boil until ready, add salt as desired.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, saturate the garlic. Fry them together for 5 minutes in olive oil. Then add the tomatoes (cut into cubes), the mushrooms (cut into small pieces) and fry everything for 10 minutes on low heat.

Once the mushrooms are ready, season the combination, add the chopped dill. Then pour the cooked lentils with the vegetables and mushrooms, close with a lid, and stew for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
