Fish and seafood are extremely good for the body. A diet that includes such foods will help you not only to become slim and look great, but also to feel much better. And all this thanks to the beneficial substances contained in seafood and fish. The latter is characterized by the presence of a large amount of protein in the composition, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, necessary for our health, beauty and to preserve the youth of the skin and hair. Another plus for seafood is the high content in them of vitamins A, D and E, as well as potassium, phosphorus, iodine, calcium and magnesium, so necessary for the proper functioning of the body.

As you may have guessed, the fish diet is based on the consumption of mainly fish and seafood. Suitable are lean species among fish (trout, cod , perch, hake), mussels, shrimp , crabs.

The menu can and should be enriched with fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy products, eggs. For garnish, prepare rice (preferably brown). As for drinks, the list includes still water, green tea, ginger tea .

Do not consume: potatoes, bananas, grapes, sweets and pasta.

Given the fact that this is a mono diet, you should not stick to it for more than 10 days. During this period you can lose 3 to 5 pounds of weight. And to keep fit, then do unloading fish days.

About the menu

  • Breakfast: drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, 30 minutes later 1 - 2 cups of sugar-free tea, 1 - 2 boiled eggs or 100 grams of skim yogurt (or cottage cheese).
  • Lunch: start with a glass of water, then 250 grams of fish or seafood (cook them steamed, baked or boiled, but without fat). Make a salad of lettuce or vegetables (raw or cooked). Suitable are broccoli, zucchini, green beans. The lunch menu also includes 100 grams of yogurt or cottage cheese.
  • Dinner: you can eat the same as at lunch - just give free rein to your imagination. What you need to keep in mind is that it is best to have dinner 4 hours before bedtime. Before going to bed you can drink a cup of tea for weight loss.

Use as little salt as possible, and spices are allowed (pepper, onion, cinnamon, basil, ginger).
