Fish and seafood are extremely good for the body. A diet that includes such foods will help you not only to become slim and look great, but also to feel much better. And all this thanks to the beneficial substances contained in seafood and fish. The latter is characterized by the presence of a large amount of protein in the composition, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, necessary for our health, beauty and to preserve the youth of the skin and hair. Another plus for seafood is the high content in them of vitamins A, D and E, as well as potassium, phosphorus, iodine, calcium and magnesium, so necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
As you may have guessed, the fish diet is based on the consumption of mainly fish and seafood. Suitable are lean species among fish (trout, cod , perch, hake), mussels, shrimp , crabs.
The menu can and should be enriched with fresh vegetables and fruits, dairy products, eggs. For garnish, prepare rice (preferably brown). As for drinks, the list includes still water, green tea, ginger tea .
Do not consume: potatoes, bananas, grapes, sweets and pasta.
Given the fact that this is a mono diet, you should not stick to it for more than 10 days. During this period you can lose 3 to 5 pounds of weight. And to keep fit, then do unloading fish days.
Use as little salt as possible, and spices are allowed (pepper, onion, cinnamon, basil, ginger).
