1. Lavash roll with melted cheese

 

Spicy appetizer roll. 

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 200 g of processed cheese; 150 g of mayonnaise; 2 cloves of garlic.

Grate melted cheese on a fine grater, add garlic, passed through a press, mayonnaise to it. Mix the stuffing well. Spread the pita bread with the prepared filling and roll it into a tight roll, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. Then cut the roll into portioned pieces, if desired, decorate with fresh herbs and serve. 

2. Crab salad in pita bread

 

Salad in pita bread? Original and very tasty! 

Ingredients:

1 sheet of lavash; 100 g crab sticks; 2 eggs; 1 fresh cucumber; 4 tbsp. l. canned corn; 3-4 st. l. mayonnaise.

First of all, put the eggs to boil. Cut the cucumber into strips, thinly slice the crab sticks, grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise and lay out the filling: a strip of corn, then a strip of eggs, corn, cucumber, again corn, crab sticks and corn. Roll pita bread into a tight roll, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Snack is ready! 

3. Lavash roll with crab sticks

Ingredients:

1 sheet of lavash; 200 g crab sticks; 2 eggs; 2-3 green onion feathers; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise.

Boil eggs. Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater, eggs on a fine grater. Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise, lay out crab sticks, then a layer of mayonnaise and eggs with green onions. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!

4. Roll with tuna, apples and peppers

 

The apple perfectly sets off the taste of tuna, try it! 

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 150 g canned tuna; 100 g of hard cheese; 100 g green apple; 100 g red bell pepper; 50 g of green salad; mayonnaise to taste.

Mash the tuna with a fork (be sure to drain the oil or juice!), grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the apple and pepper into small cubes, tear the salad. Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise, put cheese, then lettuce, apple, pepper and tuna. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bon appetit! 

5. Roll with salmon

 

Classic! 

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 300 g lightly salted salmon; 250 g cream cheese; 1 fresh cucumber; 1 bunch of parsley.

Cut salmon and cucumber into strips. Finely chop the parsley. Lubricate pita bread with cream cheese, alternately lay out salmon and cucumber, sprinkle with parsley and roll into a tight roll. Let the roll infuse for 15-20 minutes and serve.

6. Roll with chicken and avocado

 

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 400 g chicken fillet; 1 avocado; 50 g dried cranberries; 100 g walnuts; dill to taste; mayonnaise to taste; spices to taste.

Cut the chicken into thin plates and fry in a pan with your favorite spices. Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan or oven, then cool and chop, but not finely. Soak the cranberries in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and dry the cranberries on a paper towel. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Cut the chicken into thin plates and fry in a pan with your favorite spices. Finely chop the cabbage. Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise, put cabbage, chicken and roll up. Wrap the roll in cling film and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 100 g red cabbage; 1 red bell pepper; 1 yellow bell pepper; 1 fresh cucumber; 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise; 30 g mustard; greens to taste.

Cut the cabbage and pepper into strips. Cucumber - cubes. Lubricate pita bread with mayonnaise and mustard sauce. Put vegetables and herbs on pita bread, roll into a roll. Cut the finished roll and serve! 

9. Roll with cottage cheese and herbs

 

Cottage cheese, garlic, fresh herbs... The perfect topping! 

Ingredients:

2 sheets of pita bread; 300 g of cottage cheese; 20 g of greens (onion, dill); 200 g sour cream; 2 cloves of garlic; salt to taste.

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add chopped herbs, garlic, salt and sour cream passed through a press. Lubricate pita bread with cottage cheese filling and roll up. With a sharp knife, cut the pita bread into portioned pieces and try! 

10. Roll with mushrooms and cheese

 

Try this simple yet delicious roll. 

Ingredients:

1 sheet of pita bread; 250 g of champignons; 1 onion; 100 g of soft processed cheese; 3 art. l. vegetable oil; salt, pepper to taste; mayonnaise to taste; greens to taste.

Fry chopped onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise, lay out the filling, spread the grated melted cheese on top. Roll up tightly, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
