  • First breakfast: 150 grams of boiled chicken and a glass of kefir.
  • Breakfast: a glass of yogurt and 1 boiled egg.
  • Lunch: 200 grams of beef (boiled, roasted or steamed).
  • Afternoon snack: a glass of kefir.
  • Dinner: 200 grams of fish, baked or stewed with sour cream and green spices.

 

Ninth to twelfth day (inclusive)

  • First breakfast: a portion of oatmeal, a bucket of yogurt or kefir.
  • Breakfast: a glass of yogurt of your choice, 7-9 cereal cookies.
  • Lunch: a portion of milk soup with buckwheat, a glass of kefir, bran.
  • Afternoon snack: 1 apple, 2 grated raw carrots, a bucket of yogurt, a teaspoon of honey.
  • Dinner: salad of raw vegetables with sour cream or kefir; you can season with olive oil, add wheat, rye or barley sprouts, seeds, green spices.

 

During the diet you can drink one cup of tea or coffee a day, but no more. Minimize the use of sugar and its substitutes.
