Breakfast

Breakfast consists of a detoxifying smoothie made from the following products:

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

After drinking the freshly prepared smoothie, you should take 1/2 multivitamin and probiotic.

Lunch
  • Lunch is again a detoxifying smoothie, prepared according to the recipe above.
  • This is followed by taking 1/2 multivitamin and a food supplement containing Omega-3 fatty acids.
Dinner
  • Dinner on the first day of the cleansing diet is ... a detoxifying smoothie, of course. The products for it are the same as for the drink you have already made.
  • Finish the day with a detox bath in which you have added 2 1/2 teaspoons of Himalayan salt and 10 drops of lavender oil

Detoxification - day two

Breakfast

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 teaspoon blueberries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon coconut water

  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed

Mix the products in a blender and blend them until smooth.

To end the day, prepare a detox bath again.
