500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. l. milk, 2 tbsp. l. semolina and flour, 8 pcs. potatoes, 2 eggs, 150 g of hard cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

 

Finely chop the onion into cubes or pass with minced meat through a meat grinder. Add onion, milk, semolina to minced meat. Salt, pepper to taste. Peel potatoes, grate on a coarse grater, add eggs, flour, salt to taste, mix well.

 

Put the minced meat in a greased baking dish with a diameter of 26 cm. Arrange potatoes on top. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

 

Grate the cheese on a large grater. After the time has elapsed, sprinkle the casserole with cheese and send for another 10 minutes. Appetizing minced meat under a fur coat is ready. Bon appetit!

This is an incredibly fragrant dish, because it has a lot of Provence herbs. It is delicious both hot and cold. Preparing is incredibly simple, even a novice hostess can handle cooking. You will be delighted.

Take:

1 pita bread, 350 g minced meat, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. l. Provence herbs, 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise or sour cream, 30 g butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 onion, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 clove of garlic.

 

In a deep bowl, combine minced meat, finely chopped onion, garlic, Provencal herbs and salt. Mix well. Add eggs, mix everything thoroughly.

 

Lubricate pita bread with sour cream or mayonnaise. Distribute minced meat on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Carefully roll the pita bread into a roll. Cut the roll into 4 pieces. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes. 15 minutes before the end, grease the roll with butter, you can sprinkle with grated cheese. The roll is ready, bon appetit.

Meat tarts with mushrooms

Prepare:

500 g minced meat, 300 g mushrooms (any), 100 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. semolina, 1 egg yolk, 50 g butter, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 100 g of hard cheese, salt, pepper to taste.

 

Add salt, pepper, egg yolk, semolina to the minced meat. Mix well. Finely chop the onion, fry in a small amount of oil until transparent. Add finely chopped mushrooms, fry until tender, add butter at the end.

 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, shape the minced meat into round cakes, make a depression in the center. Put the fried mushrooms with onions in the center. Top with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. Fragrant meat tarts are ready. Bon appetit!
