The carrot diet is not easy, because during the time you stick to it, nothing is consumed except orange vegetables. If we remember that it removes toxins from the body and supports metabolism (and this is the first step to weight loss), it may be worth enduring such a diet.

Before you decide to lose weight this way, keep in mind that in the morning, noon and evening you will eat only carrots. This will last 4 days. You will probably get bored, but the result you can achieve is losing up to 3.5 kilograms of weight.

Let's move on to the essence of the diet

  • During the first three days for each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) prepare the following recipe: 1 carrot , juice of 1 lemon , 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 apple , finely chopped (maybe a banana or other fruit of your choice). Grind everything with a blender.
  • On the fourth day, you can add 100 grams of potatoes and a slice of bread to the carrot mixture .
  • During the diet, drink natural vegetable juices and water.
