Rolls always cause delight and admiration of guests! They look spectacular on the table and are eaten instantly. Many housewives are afraid to take on them, because they believe that nothing will work out the first time, they need rich culinary experience and a lot of time. We dare to disappoint you and declare loudly that rolls are easy!

Christmas roll with mushrooms and cheese

Let's start with a bright and elegant meatloaf, which is created for the festive table!

Minced meat - 600-700 gr. Chicken egg - 1 pc. Onion - 1 pc. Carrot - 1 pc. Fresh champignons - 150-200 gr. Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l. Hard cheese - 100 gr. Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l. Salt - to taste Greens - for decoration

Before preparing the roll, boil and cool the carrots. Grind the peeled onion with a blender. Add onion puree and raw egg to minced meat. Stir and salt to taste. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, fry for 4-5 minutes in vegetable oil, salt. Cut boiled carrots into cubes.

Cover a baking sheet with foil, lay out the minced meat in the form of a rectangle 1-1.5 cm high. Spread the fried mushrooms and carrots on the minced meat. With the help of foil, lift one part of the minced meat to the middle, then the second to make a roll. Press a little on all sides with your hands. Grease the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes. If the cheese begins to burn during cooking, and the meat is not yet ready, cover with foil on top and continue cooking.

Select the finished roll from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes so that it finally grabs. Then cut into portions and put on a dish, decorating with fresh herbs.

Mackerel roll with carrots

Delicious, beautiful and inexpensive! With this motto, you can cook a fish roll.

Mackerel - 1 pc. Carrot - 1 pc. Onion - 1 pc. Sunflower oil - 20 ml. Gelatin - 10 gr. Salt - to taste Ground black pepper - to taste

Prepare the fish: trim the fins and head, gut, remove the black film and wash. Cut the carcass of the fish to open it like a book. Remove all bones. Pepper and salt to taste. Sprinkle dry gelatin inside.

Peel and wash onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onions and carrots, simmer, stirring, until soft.

Put the cooled vegetables on one half of the fish and cover the second. Roll the mackerel tightly with cling film in several layers. Tie with threads and put in this form in a pot of water. Bring to a boil, salt the water to taste and simmer for 20 minutes. Then remove the roll from the pan, cool and refrigerate for several hours.

Unroll the finished roll and cut into portions. Serve with sprigs of fresh dill.

Crab salad in lavash

Lavash roll was probably prepared by many, it turns out a great snack! And what if you wrap a salad in pita bread! Shall we try?

Lavash rectangular - 1 pc. Crab sticks - 100 gr. Boiled eggs - 2 pcs. Fresh cucumber - 0.5-1 pc. Canned corn - 4 tbsp. l. Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips, grate the eggs on a coarse grater, cut the crab sticks into small pieces. For the next sentence, it is better to show a photo. Grease a rectangular pita bread with mayonnaise and arrange the ingredients in the following order from one edge: corn path, eggs, corn path, cucumber, corn path, crab sticks and finish with a corn path. Approximately a quarter of the pita bread will remain empty for ease of folding.

Roll the pita as tightly as possible into a roll and wrap with cling film. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. After the time has elapsed, remove the film and cut the roll with a sharp knife. Ready!

Roll "Log"

And of course, we could not ignore the famous Log roll! Real jam!

Wheat flour - 60 gr. Corn starch - 60 gr. Chicken egg - 6 pcs. Sugar - 150 gr. Butter - 300 gr. (room temperature) Condensed milk - 400 gr. Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l. (without a slide) Nuts - to taste (any) Confectionery topping - for decoration

Prepare the biscuit dough. Mix flour and starch, sift. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar to the proteins and beat until strong peaks. Sugar should be completely dissolved. Beat the yolks separately until fluffy light mass. Combine the whites with the yolks and mix with a spatula from the bottom up. Gradually introduce the dry mixture, stirring with a spatula, achieve a homogeneous air mass. All the flour should disperse.

Cover a baking sheet measuring 40x30 cm with baking parchment. Spread the batter evenly over the entire sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. In the oven, the dough will rise 2-3 times, but as soon as you get it, it will fall and be convenient for rolling the roll. Remove the parchment with the roll from the baking sheet and immediately, carefully removing the biscuit from the parchment, wrap it in a roll.

While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream. Mash softened butter with cocoa powder. Then, gradually pouring in the condensed milk, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous cream.

Unroll the cooled biscuit and brush with cream from edge to edge. Some of the cream should be left to cover on top. Roll back into a roll with the cream spread. Put the roll on the chosen dish. Since it turns out to be quite long, it can be divided into two. Top with the remaining cream on all sides and imitate the grooves of the log with a fork.

Roast the nuts a little and chop with a knife. Decorate the sides of the roll with nuts, and on top with any decor or sprinkles. Put in the refrigerator for several hours. A real table decoration!

Don't be afraid to try. The eyes are afraid, but the hands are doing. Happy holidays!
