5 Foods For More Mood

An unhealthy and unbalanced diet reflects on our mood as well as our performance in bed. However, there are foods that can help us cope with our current malaise. Who are they?

The food we eat affects the levels of hormones, energy and chemistry in our brain. In general, if we do not eat healthily, it can jeopardize our performance in bed. To be in a good mood every day and in the evening with your loved one, we offer several foods that would help ...

Almonds

The nutrients and minerals contained in almonds are: zinc, selenium and vitamin E. They are important for sexual health and reproduction in the fairer sex. Vitamin E is needed for the production of estrogen and testosterone.
Almonds act as a stimulant of passion and also promote fertility.

Dark chocolate

Each of us needs: tryptophan - an amino acid used by the body to synthesize serotonin, the substance of good mood; and phenylethylamine - which releases our body in moments of happiness and strong emotions.
Dark chocolate helps to produce both substances that make us feel better. The brown delicacy has long been associated with love and sex, and its fame is fully justified.
As serotonin synthesis increases in the brain, arousal increases. 30 grams of dark chocolate are enough for this purpose. If we add nuts, especially almonds, the beneficial effect will be even greater.

Strawberries

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps our body cleanse itself of toxins and reduces the aging process. In men, this vitamin keeps sperm healthy and abundant. In addition, strawberries "make" us look sexier. Red is known to "ignite passion."
A 2008 study found that men found women more attractive when they wore red, as opposed to when they wore cold colors such as blue and green.

Chilies

Hot peppers contain capsaicin. It is a substance that causes the release of endorphins in the brain, and endorphins create a feeling of euphoria. Hot peppers also help to reach full orgasm and suppress pain.

Oysters

Oysters contain zinc . The mineral helps our body produce testosterone - an important hormone for the regulation of sexual desire and function in both sexes.
Zinc increases sexual potency in men. In women, as it is a source of estrogen, progesterone and maintains stable testosterone levels, it helps ovarian health.
