Undoubtedly, snacks are an integral part of the festive and everyday menu. After all, various sandwiches, canapes and rolls are not only pleasing to the eye, but also awaken the appetite before serving the main dishes. And these treats are also suitable for a snack during the day or breakfast.

But most often the housewives have very little time to cook them. Therefore, we offer a selection of recipes for delicious and quick snacks. Take note!

1. Cheese balls

Ingredients:

500 soft cream or curd cheese, 50 g chopped olives, 8 pcs. chopped dried tomatoes, a clove of garlic passed through a press, 60 g of pistachios (or other nuts, seeds), chopped greens to taste.

In this recipe, everything is extremely simple: combine cheese and prepared additives (except pistachios) in a deep bowl, and chop the nuts into crumbs. Form the cheese balls and roll them in the nut crumbs, refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers or bread.

By the way, additives can be replaced with others, for example, pickled mushrooms or fresh vegetables, and the cheese mass can be supplemented with spices.

2. Lavash roll

2 thin pita bread, 20 g lettuce, 200 g cheese, mayonnaise to taste, salt, pepper, spices to taste.

For this dish, it is advisable to use an elongated Georgian pita bread, this will be easier to roll.

Place a sheet of pita bread on the work surface, grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise, distribute lettuce, torn into pieces, and grated cheese (almost any will do - semi-hard, soft, pickled or a mixture of them).

If desired, sprinkle the filling with spices and lightly salt (depending on the salt content of the cheese).

Roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll and cut into portioned pieces. Delicious snack is ready!

3. Canape with ham

Ingredients:

150 g ham, 150 g cheese, 3 pickles.

Sprinkle sandwiches with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with herbs.

5. Guacamole
