And so that everyone can find a drink to their taste, we offer 5 recipes for simple, tasty, and most importantly healthy drinks for the New Year's table, which will appeal to both adults and children.

orange lemonade

 

Ingredients:

oranges - 3-4 pcs.; citric acid - 2 g (can be replaced with a teaspoon of lemon juice); sugar - 150 g; water - 2 l.

Freeze oranges in the freezer. We cut the frozen fruits into slices and, together with the peel, scroll in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Pour the resulting slurry with cool water and leave to brew for at least half an hour. Lastly, add citric acid and sugar, mix well until they are completely dissolved.

Refreshing orange lemonade is ready!

Note to the owner:

For light lemonade, use the proportions of 2 oranges per 2 liters of water. But if you add more fruit, then the drink will turn out to be more saturated.

Berry compote

 

Ingredients:

frozen berries - 200 g (you can use fresh); tangerine - 2-3 pcs.; sugar - 1/2-1 cup; water - 2 l.

Put the berries, peeled tangerine slices and sugar in a deep saucepan. Fill all ingredients with water. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the stove and let the compote cool down.

Very simple and very tasty!

Dried fruits compote

 

Ingredients:

dried apples - 300 g; dried apricots - 50 g; lemon - 1 pc; frozen strawberries - 100 g; water - 2 l; honey - 3 tbsp. l.

Cut dried fruit and lemon into slices. Add all ingredients to boiling water. Lower the fire and stir. Hold on low heat for another 5 minutes and remove the compote from the stove. Let the drink cool, and then add honey (do not add honey to too hot water, otherwise it will lose its beneficial qualities). Before use, compote must be filtered to separate pieces of dried fruit.

Juice cocktail for the whole family

Ingredients:

cranberry or strawberry juice - 400 ml; carbonated drink with lemon or lime flavor - 350 g; ice cubes - 5-6 pcs.

Mix chilled strawberry or cranberry juice with a carbonated drink. Add crushed ice cubes and mix well again. For convenience, you can use a mixer.

An excellent refreshing drink is ready. Before serving, the cocktail should be poured into glasses, the edges of which can be decorated with sugar and orange slices. 

Banana and canned pineapple drink

 

Ingredients:

a can of canned pineapples - 1 pc.; orange juice - 1 glass; banana - 1 pc.; natural yogurt - 200 ml; milk - 1/2 cup (low fat)

Peel banana and cut into slices. Place the banana and pineapples in a blender bowl along with the pineapple juice in the jar. Beat until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients - yogurt, orange juice and milk to the bowl. Well, mix everything with a blender again.

The drink is ready. Children will be delighted!
