1. Broccoli waffles

 

Very tender, airy and quite satisfying waffles will be a great idea for breakfast. They can be served to the table not only warm, but also already cooled.

Ingredients:

Broccoli - 200 g; Flour - 150 g; Water - 100 g; Vegetable oil - 20 g; Salt, soda, spices - to taste.

First, bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Salt to taste and lay out the broccoli disassembled on the inflorescences. Cook over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. Then drain in a colander and puree. In a deep bowl, send the sifted flour, salt, soda, a pinch of pepper. Pour in water and vegetable oil. Pour in the broccoli and mix until smooth. Put the finished dough with a spoon into a preheated waffle iron and fry the waffles until golden brown.

2. Oatmeal jelly

 

For those who like light and nutritious breakfasts, this option will be just right.

We will need:

Water - 1 liter; Oat flakes - 1 cup; Sweetener - to taste.

First you need to grind the cereal into flour. Pour the resulting flour with water and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Stir well in the morning, strain and send to the pan. Put on a small fire and heat until almost boiling, stirring constantly. Add sweetener if desired. Remove the jelly from the heat, cool slightly and enjoy.

3. Baked pumpkin with apples and pears

Ingredients:

Pumpkin - 300 g; Apple - 300 g; Pear - 300 g; Lemon - half; Sugar and cinnamon - to taste.

Peel the pumpkin, apples and pears. Cut into medium pieces and put in a heat-resistant form. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste for flavor. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and bake for another 5-15 minutes until fully cooked.

Soak the beans for an hour in cold water. Then boil in salted water until tender. Optionally, you can add vegetables or roots to the broth for a more intense flavor. Divide roughly in half. Add pepper, lemon juice and vegetable oil to each half. Blend one half in a blender until smooth. Dry the banana slices in a frying pan. Lubricate each slice with chopped beans, and lay them whole on top. Nutritious breakfast is ready!

5. Sweet buckwheat porridge

 

Milk porridge for breakfast is a wonderful idea not only for kids, but also for adults.

We will need:

Green buckwheat - 120 g; Almond milk - 150 g; Berries - 1 handful; Prunes - 50 g; Sweetener - to taste.

Rinse buckwheat in the evening and leave it filled with cold water until morning in the refrigerator. Discuss in the morning. Set aside about a third of the buckwheat on a serving plate. Beat the remaining buckwheat with almond milk with a blender until smooth. To taste, you can add a sweetener - sugar, stevia, your favorite syrup. Pour milk into a bowl of porridge, add chopped prunes and a handful of fresh berries. You can garnish with a mint leaf before serving.
