Delicate cottage cheese, tomatoes and a handful of nuts - this is an amazing ensemble that will amaze your family and guests.
Ingredients:
Curd cheese - 120 grams; Dried tomatoes - 50 grams; Walnuts - 30 grams; Rye bread - 3-4 slices; Salt and herbs - to taste.
Toast the bread slices in a dry frying pan. You can cut circles out of them. Put a tomato on the bread. Finely chop the remaining tomatoes and mix with cheese and chopped herbs until smooth. From the resulting mass, form small balls and put on bread. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
A simple and savory appetizer that will perfectly complement any holiday menu.
We will need:
Crab sticks - 240 grams; Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.; Hard cheese - 100 grams; Garlic - 2 cloves; Salt, pepper, herbs, mayonnaise - to taste.
Carefully unfold the crab sticks, being careful not to damage them. In a deep salad bowl, grate cheese, proteins, garlic on a medium grater. Add mayonnaise, herbs, salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise. Put the finished salad on sticks and carefully wrap the rolls. Lightly grease the edges and top of the rolls with mayonnaise and decorate with grated yolk.
As a vegetable snack on the New Year's table, bruschetta with zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes, complemented by homemade pesto sauce, will look great.
Ingredients:
Baton - 3 slices; Zucchini - 3 circles; Dried tomatoes - 3 pcs.; Curd cheese - 30 grams; Pine nuts - 50 grams; Basil - 1 bunch; Parmesan - 50 grams; Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.; Vegetable oil for frying - 1 tbsp. l.; Garlic - 2 cloves; Salt and pepper - to taste.
Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut into circles and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until tender. Add salt to taste. To make pesto, combine nuts, washed and dried basil, grated parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. In a blender bowl, grind everything until smooth. Slowly pour in the olive oil to bring the sauce to the desired consistency. Dry the slices of bread in the oven and brush with curd cheese. Top with a sun-dried tomato and a slice of zucchini. Top with sauce and serve.
To create a festive mood at the table, prepare a light snack with cheese mousse in the form of a Christmas tree.
We will need:
Cream cheese - 100 grams; Boiled egg - 1 pc.; Greens - 1 pinch; Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.; Crackers - 10 pieces; Pomegranate and kiwi seeds - for decoration.
Send cream cheese, chopped egg, mayonnaise and chopped greens to the blender bowl. Blend until smooth mousse. Transfer it to a piping bag and pipe onto the crackers. Cut the kiwi into small cubes and peel the pomegranate. Decorate the appetizer and serve.
Another quick, light and themed snack that will definitely become the highlight of the New Year's table.
Ingredients:
Tartlets - 8-10 pieces; Cucumber - 3-4 pcs.; Lightly salted red fish - 100 grams; Curd cheese - 50 grams; Greens - to taste.
Cut the fish into small cubes and combine with curd cheese. Add chopped herbs and stir until smooth. Divide among tartlets. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into thin slices. Use a toothpick to shape the cucumber slices into Christmas trees. Set the Christmas trees in tartlets, and the appetizer can be served at the table.
In just 5-7 minutes, you can make such a bright and original snack with smoked chicken. Despite the bacon in the recipe, it turns out to be a fairly easy option.
Ingredients:
Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.; Smoked chicken - 200 grams; Hard cheese - 50 grams; Olives - 100 grams; Raw smoked bacon - 100 grams; Natural yogurt - 2 tbsp. l.
First, clean the pepper, wash and dry. Divide into small pieces-boats. Cut the chicken and half of the olives into small cubes, grate the cheese. Top the salad with yogurt and mix. Arrange it in pepper boats and wrap with strips of bacon (can be fried, wrap boats with still hot bacon before it hardens). Garnish with an olive on a skewer.
Another option for a festive Christmas tree on the table is an appetizer with eggplant and fish.
We will need:
Eggplant - 1 pc.; Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.; Boiled fish fillet - 100 grams; Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.; Natural yogurt - 2 tbsp. l.; Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.
Salt the eggplants and leave for 15 minutes. After that, rinse, brush with vegetable oil and send to the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine the diced cucumber and fish. Season with yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Cool the cooked eggplants. Assemble the Christmas tree, alternating eggplant and fish filling. Garnish with herbs before serving.
