This dish is perfect for an evening out with friends. You can experiment with the ingredients by adding vegetables, herbs or sauces to taste.

We will need:

Chicken breast - 1 pc.; Potatoes - 300 g; Cucumber - 1 pc.; Bulb - 1 pc.; Tomato - 1 pc.; Carrots in Korean - 100 g; Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l. (for chicken); Sour cream - 50 g; Mayonnaise - 20 g; Garlic, herbs and spices - to taste; Lavash - for serving; Vegetable oil - for frying.

First of all, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, like fries, and fill with cold water. In parallel, wash and dry the breast, cut into medium pieces and marinate in soy sauce. Dry potatoes and fry until golden brown.

Fry the fillets separately until cooked and then cut into small slices. Cut vegetables. Prepare the sauce from mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and herbs. Put all the ingredients on a plate without stirring. Place a gravy boat in the center. Be sure to serve a sheet of pita bread for such an appetizer.

4. Quick cabbage appetizer

This inexpensive and simple dish can surprise with its taste not only adults, but also children.

You will need:

Leaves of white cabbage - 5 pcs.; Egg - 1 pc.; Flour - 50 g; Sour cream or mayonnaise - 50 g; Salt and spices - to taste; Vegetable oil - for frying.

Carefully remove cabbage leaves, wash and pat dry. Scald them with boiling water or send them to the microwave for 30 seconds. Cut into medium pieces. To prepare the batter, combine the egg with sour cream or mayonnaise, add spices, salt and sifted flour. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Gently dip each leaf in the batter and place in the pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

5. Cottage cheese triangles in pita bread

This appetizer is good because it can be prepared in two versions - sweet and salty. Choose the one you like best.

Sandwiches with beets and tofu are a very original option that is worth a try.

We will need:

Baked beets - 1 pc.; Garlic - 1-3 cloves; Tofu - 100 g (or other pickled feta-type cheese); Salt, pepper, herbs, mayonnaise - to taste.

Cool the baked beets, peel and grate on a medium grater. Grate the tofu and garlic next. Add chopped herbs, salt and your favorite spices. Season everything with mayonnaise, mix and serve on slices of dried bread.
